Terms for accommodation hosts who publish a Welcome Point.

Your Welcome Point
As a host you decide what guests see: the welcome, the practical details and the places you recommend. You are responsible for that content being accurate and lawful.
Guest information
Guests do not need an account to open your Welcome Point. Where you do receive guest information through the platform, use it only to look after that guest and handle it in line with the Privacy Act.
Access codes and safety details
Take care with access codes and other sensitive details. Publish them only where it is appropriate, and update them when they change.
Fees and cancellation
Where a paid plan applies, the fees, billing period and cancellation terms are those shown at the time you subscribe.
