What is and is not acceptable behaviour on Welcome Point.

The spirit of it
Welcome Point exists to help people feel looked after in an unfamiliar place. Use it in that spirit.
Not permitted
You must not use Welcome Point to:
- Publish false, misleading or unlawful content.
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
- Post content you do not have the rights to use, including photographs.
- Interfere with the security or availability of the platform.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages through the platform.
What we do about it
We may remove content or suspend an account where this policy is breached. Serious breaches may be reported to the relevant authority.
