Accessibility Statement
How we work towards an accessible experience, and how to tell us when we fall short.
Last updated 1 July 2026
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA across the Welcome Point website and platform.
What we do
In practice this means:
- Text that meets contrast requirements against its background.
- Full keyboard access, with a visible focus state.
- Meaningful labels on buttons, links and form fields.
- Layouts that work on a phone and reflow when text is enlarged.
- Alternative text for images that carry meaning.
Where we know we fall short
Some third party map and place content is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. We are working on clearer alternatives for that content.
Tell us
If something is hard to use, email accessibility@welcomepoint.com.au and tell us what you were trying to do. We will reply within 10 business days.
